Prioritising Patients A complete workshop resource set for facilitators and participants to assist frontline non-medical staff to make appropriate choices in scheduling special needs patients and to provide care or referral to patients presenting in emergency or serious health conditions. The workshop includes strategies for dealing with complaints and difficult behaviour and has a practical exercise in non-agressive self-defence to meet the growing needs of frontline staff to deal with violent and agressive behaviour.
