While we provide products, or customise products, for a range of businesses, the intellectual property rights of the original belong to Sea Eagle Publications. However, we release certain customised products on the proviso that these may be used freely within the customer business, but may not be sold, copied or distributed to a third party.

The exception to this is the licensing of Training Resources which must only be used under the conditions of the Licence Agreement in force between Sea Eagle Publications and the customer business.
