How to order a product
Discounts are available for multiple orders. Orders for books and RTO products may be sent to us by mail, telephone, Skype, fax or email. All orders are filled via registered mail and dellivered through Australia Post. If you have an urgent request, please contact us by phone to discuss courier fees to your location.
Paying for your order:
Full payment must accompany your product order. We will only deliver your product/s once we have confirmation of funds in our account. This may mean, for cheque payments, that a delay of up to ten days may occur.
Please do not put your Credit Card details into an email!
We are happy to contact you by phone to obtain the necessary information if necessary. You can place an order with us and, if your email address is supplied, we can send you a Tax Invoice with a range of payment options including online payment through MYOB by credit card.
All credit card payments processed by Sea Eagle Publications occur through the secure MYOB Online service at myob.com.au/ezybillpay and you can access their privacy information through this page (a new window or frame will open in your browser for both of these links).
Faulty products may be returned for replacement.
